METHOD FOR CULTURING MARINE FINE ALGAE

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently culture marine fine algae stably at a high concentration/ without containing highly unsattirated fatty acids by inoculating specific algae with spawns cultured for a specified period of time. CONSTITUTION:The objective culture of marine fine algae can be conducted by inoculating (A) algae belonging to marine fine algae and capable of producing docosahexaenoic acid such as Cryptecodinium conii with (B) pref. 3-10wt.%, based on the medium, of spawns cultured for 3-10 days.
