<p>PURPOSE:To improve a positional accuracy of a magnetic stripe and to improve mirror smoothness of a board by simultaneously integrally casting molding when a magnetically striped plastic board is manufactured to stripe the board. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetically striped plastic board is manufactured, they are simultaneously integrally cast to be molded to stripe the board. When a sheetlike board having a magnetic stripe is manufactured by an extrusion molding method, a magnetic stripe layer is integrally molded in a molten state at the time of extrusion molding the board. For example, a casting molding cell A is assembled by a casting mold 21 added with a magnetic stripe 22, a spacer 23 and a mirror surface mold 24, resin for the board is cast from a resin inlet of the cell A, cured, then released from the mold, thereby obtaining a plastic board 26 with the stripe 22.</p> |
