PURPOSE:To attain improvement of operability and others by a method wherein the state of operation of an indoor machine is changed according to the state of specification of a group in collective display picture frames for a group name and a group number, while the state of operation of the indoor machine in the group corresponding to a key operation is changed in a unit address display picture frame. CONSTITUTION:A centralized controller of an air-conditioning system controls an indoor machine connected to a central arithmetic unit. The centralized controller is equipped with a liquid crystal display screen 1, a keyboard 2 for executing various controls, a dip switch 3 for setting an operation mode, a collective motion stop switch 4, operation display LED 5, etc. In this case, a collective display picture frame for a group name, a collective display picture frame for a group number and a display picture frame for a unit address of the indoor machine are set respectively. The state of operation of the indoor machine is changed according to the state of specification of a group in the collective display picture frames for the group name and the group number, while the state of operation of the indoor machine in the group corresponding to the operation of a key is changed in the display picture frame for the unit address.
