<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the clogging of a filter to extend the service life of the filter in a dust collector by making fine particles, such as dust in air be negatively charged by a charging mesh part, making it be adsorbed on a dust collecting filter part and further subjecting it to filter treatment in a HEPA filter part. CONSTITUTION:Inside an air inflow route (vent pipe) 3, a charging mesh part 10, a dust collecting filter part 20 and a HEPA filter part 30 are arranged in this order of being nearer to an air suction port 5. The charging mesh part 10 and the dust collecting filter part 30 are installed through insulating supporting bodies 14 and 22 and connected to negative and positive electrodes of a power source 16 respectively. Dust in air is made be negatively charged in the charging mesh part 10 and subjected to adsorption treatment in the dust collecting filter part 20 and further subjected to filtration treatment in the HEPA filter part 30.</p> |
