PURPOSE:To provide a punch guide in a punching die which has lubricating function and does not generate a punching waste rising and further is unnecessary to clean a work in the next process. CONSTITUTION:The whole punch guide 1 in the punching die is constituted with a solid lubricator-containing alloy, the punch guide is divided into an inner layer 1-1 and an outer layer 1-2 and only the inner layer 1-1 is constituted with the solid lubricator-containing alloy. The punch guide is divided into an inner layer 1-3, intermediate layer 1-4 and outer layer 1-5 and only the inner layer 1-3 and the outer layer 1-5 are constituted with the solid lubricator- containing alloy. |
