LUBRICANT FOR HOT PRESSING OF STAINLESS STEEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a product of no surface flaws by preventing seizures of a stainless steel to a pressing roll during hot pressing of the stainless steel by using a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A lubricant for hot pressing of a stainless steel consists of 5wt.%-30wt.% of one or two types of Fe2O3 powder or Fe3O4 powder with their average particle diameter of from more than 0.1mum to less than lmum, a sufficient amount of an acrylic acid type water soluble high polymer to make a viscosity of the lubricant by 1000-50000cP (centipoise), and water for the rest.
