PURPOSE:To mold polyolefin block-shaped foam while preventing the leakage of a polyolefin foaming material, to easily control the foam size of the foam and to prevent the deformation of the foam at the time of demolding. CONSTITUTION:In producing polyolefin block-shaped foam by pressing and heating a polyolefin foaming material.in the cavity 12 of a split mold constituted so that the side surface 14 of the cavity 12 is inclined so as to expand the cavity 12 toward a mold registering part 15 to subject the same to foam molding, a seal material 16 composed of polyolefin foam having the same grade as the polyolefin block-shaped foam to be produced is arranged to the cavity surface of the mold registering part of the split mold to seal the mold registering part. In this state, the polyolefin foaming material is subjected to foam molding. |
