PURPOSE:To solve effectively a problem accompanying a return temperature fall, by executing a rational control in regulation of the amount of supply of a cold heat medium. CONSTITUTION:In an air-conditioning system equipped with a heat exchange means N1 which cools down an air-conditioning object area T by a cold heat medium (wc) supplied from a cold heat source means P and with a cooling output control means A which regulates the amount of supply of the cold heat medium to the heat exchange means N1 in accordance with a cooling load of the air-conditioning object area T, a temperature fall limiting means C which regulates the amount of supply of the cold heat medium to the heat exchange means N1 to be smaller than the amount of supply regulated by the cooling output control means A, when the temperature t1 of a cold heat medium w1 subjected to heat exchange, which is sent out from the heat exchange means N1, becomes lower than a set temperature tm1, is provided.
