PURPOSE:To reduce the height of a housing space of an air filter of a conventional air conditioner and eliminate the need of maintenance such as cleaning and replacement of the filter. CONSTITUTION:Two or more air filters F1-F4, preferably bellows type air filters which are foldable like an accordion, are arranged so that they surround a suction port S of an air conditioner. The filters in use are moved in turn in the directions intersecting each other or in two parallel layers. |
