PURPOSE:To obtain sheetlike edible laver capable of increasing an intake amount of nutrients useful for maintaining and promoting health by adding various nutrients to sheetlike edible laver, enriching flavor of the sheetlike edible laver, making the sheetlike edible laver tasty like a snack cake and simply eatable any time. CONSTITUTION:Small fishes like dried young sardine or dried boiled young sardine are dispersed in a mixed state into sheetlike edible laver. Further the mixture is combined with one or more of other fishes, shellfishes and animal meat and dispersed in a mixed state with laver. The sheetlike edible laver is made thicker than common sheetlike edible laver and mixed with active fish meat peptide or peptide derived from sardine muscle. |
