PURPOSE:To efficiently recover valuable matter by incorporating specific weight% of a surfactant and a proper ratio of diluent into raw materials to be extracted and adjusting the viscosity after the addition to a specific value, then subjecting the mixture to supercritical extraction. CONSTITUTION:The valuable matter is recovered from the raw materials which are to be extracted and contain the valuable matter, such as spice oleoresin, by incorporating 0.01 to 100wt.% surfactant and the proper ratio of the diluent into the raw materials to be extracted and adjusting the viscosity after the adjusting to 10 to 200 centipoises, then subjecting the mixture to the supercritical extraction at the time of recovering the valuable matter from the raw materials to be extracted by the supercritical fluid extraction. Surfactant for food such as phospholipids including cane sugar fatty acid ester, glycerol fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester (including polysolvate), propylene glycol fatty acid ester, recithin, etc., are used as the surfactant in the case of extraction and recovery of dyestuff, arom. components, spicy components, etc., for food from the oleoresin. |
