<p>PURPOSE:To conserve fuel consumption and to prevent the generation of secondary environmental pollution by constituting a raw refuse treatment apparatus of a fermentation tank equipped with stirring blades, a heated deodorizing furnace, the pipe introducing the air in the deodorizing furnace into the space of the fermentation tank and the discharge pipe discharging the air in a treatment furnace main body. CONSTITUTION:Raw refuse and a proper amt. of fermentation bacteria are charged in a fermentation tank 3 while stirring blades 5 are normally and reversively rotated and the burner 15 of a deodorizing furnace 10 is ignited. The air in the deodorizing furnace 10 is heated to 700-900 deg.C to become hot air. This hot air flows in a treatment furnace main body 1 to flow along the inner peripheral surface of the fermentation tank 3 to be discharged to the atmosphere through an exhaust pipe 20 and a discharge pipe 24. The raw refuse in the fermentation tank 3 is ground while stirred by the stirring blades 5 to be heated to 70-90 deg.C by the hot air enclosing the outer bottom surface and outside surface of the fermentation tank 3 from the outside and, by the propagation of fermentation bacteria, fermentation, decomposition and drying are started. By this constitution, raw refuse becomes a granular powder form after about 2hr.</p> |
