MANUFACTURE OF ALUMINUM CUTTING WASTE BLOCK

PURPOSE:To provide a briquetting method of aluminum cutting waste without needing reduced pressure atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:This method is composed of an oil content adjusting process for adjusting the oil content of the aluminum cutting waste to 2-10% by charging into a deoiling machine 2, a pressing process for briquetting the cutting waste by charging into a press machine 4 for pressing, and a drying process for drying the oil content by passing the obtains cutting waste block through a heating furnace 5. The aluminum cutting waste is not stuck to a die at the time of pressing because the oil content is controlled to >=2%, and further, the restriction of oil content below 10% can suppress the occurrence of environmental problem to an extent by which the environmental pollution is not so seriously feared.
