<p>PURPOSE:To enable the easy disposition of the tray for dental impression consisting of tray parts and a handle part by incineration by using pulp as a main raw material and compression molding this pulp to the shape of the tray for dental impression having a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:This tray 8 for dental impression is composed of the tray parts 1, 2 and the handle part 3. The tray part 1 has a dent part and a build-up part along the bottom of the upper jaw so as to meet the maxillary teeth row. The tray part 2 is formed to an arch shape so as to meet the maxillary left side teeth row or the mandibular right side teeth row and is formed with a hollow groove. The tray 8 for dental impression is formed by using the pulp as a main raw material and compression molding the pulp to the shape of the tray for dental impression having a thickness of 0.5 to 10mm. As a result, the generation of toxic gases is obviated even if the tray is subjected to an incineration treatment. Since a high heat treatment like that for resins is not required, the treatment with an incineration furnace for household use is possible.</p> |
