PURPOSE:To produce a microcapsule containing a diazonium salt compd. having higher thermal sensitivity and a shelf life by incorporating a diazonium salt compd. in the microcapsule and specifying a bi-functional isocyanate compd. CONSTITUTION:The microcapsule wall is formed by the reaction of a polyfunctional isocyanate compd. having three or more isocyanate groups in one molecule and a bifunctional isocyanate compd. having two isocyanate groups in one molecule. In this process, a diazonium salt compd. expressed by formula I is included in the microcapsule. In formula I, Ar is an arylene group, X is a single bond or bivalent connecting group, R is an alkylene group, aralkylene group or arylene group, and m is an integer 0-20. By this method, the color developing property and the shelf life are improved. |
