PURPOSE:To certainly demold even a molded product hard to demold and having a plurality of vertical parts therein without deforming the same after molding. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the material pressing rings 6u, 6b arranged in opposed relation to the upper and lower molds 1u, 1b of a molding apparatus for molding a film material F under heating are operated independently of the upper and lower molds 1u, 1b and a molded product is vacuum-clamped to either one of the upper and lower molds 1u, 1b and the rings 6u, 6b of the mold having the molded product vacuum-clamped thereto are fixed and a take-out jig having a surface shape corresponding to that of the molded product is closely brought into contact with the molded product to clamp the same and the clamping due to the upper mold 1u or the lower mold 1b is released to demold the molded product and the fixed rings 6u, 6b are returned to the original positions. |
