PURPOSE:To produce a window molding while easily accommodating the presence and absence of a fin like part by providing a sizing jig to the inlet of the cooling water tank of the window molding extruded from a die head and extruding the window molding by the movable part of the jig without pressing the fin like part or extruding the window molding while correcting the shape of the fin like part under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A fin part 14 is vertically provided to the intermediate part of two lips 8, 11 provided to the outer surface of a window molding and squeezed to the outer surface of the lip 11 at the upper edge part of front glass and erected at an appropriate angle with respect to the outer surface of front glass at the part connected to a front pillar. Because of this, the window molding extruded from a die head 15 is partially changed in its cross-sectional shape by the sizing jig 17 arranged to the inlet of the water tank 16 on the outlet side of the die head 15. That is, the sector gear 18 formed to the outer peripheral surface of the movable part 17a of the sizing jig 17 is driven by a pinion 19 to squeeze the fin part 14 to apply correction load or to erect the movable part 17a to perform molding without applying correction load. |
