DIELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. having such characteristics as a high relative dielectric constant epsilonr, a high Q value and a relatively low temp. coefft. tauf of resonance frequency and capable of ensuring reduced size and enhanced performance for a substrate and parts. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric porcelain compsn. consists of 40-60wt.% CaZrO3- based ceramic filler and 60-40wt.% borosilicate glass. The compsn. of the ceramic filler is represented by a formula xCaO.yZrO2.z(NbO5/2 or TaO5/2) [where x:y:z shows molar ratio, 0.9<=x/(y+z)<=1.1 and 0<=z/(y+z)<=0.5].
