PURPOSE:To improve the transport faculty by securing the uniform arrival interval to a standard floor by setting the call back timing to a standard floor for a vacant car, in preference in the up peak time. CONSTITUTION:When the up peak is detected by an up peak detecting means 10B, a call back objective car selecting means 10D selects a car which completes service for all the calls. A call back time point calculating means 10E calculates the call back time point so that a call back objective car arrives at a standard floor at the ideal arrival time point, and at that time, a call back instruction output means 10F outputs a call back instruction. When a descent direction landing call generates, and an allotting means 10C performs allotment to the call back objective car, if the arrival time point at a standard floor becomes late from the ideal arrival time point, the call is allotted to the next call back objective car. |
