<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet excellent in interlaminar strength, solvent resistance, acid resistance or the like while providing a three-dimensional feeling conforming to patterns by bonding a coating surface under pressure to irradiate the same with electron beam to cure an electron beam curable resin and transferring liquid-repellent ink. CONSTITUTION:Liquid-repellent ink is transferred from a sheet separate from a decorative sheet base material to allow an electron beam curable resin 4 to penetrate into all of the decorative sheet base material 1, a solid ink layer 2 and a pattern ink layer 3. The liquid-repellent ink 5 is transferred thereto to obtain a decorative sheet excellent in interlaminar strength, solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance while providing a three-dimensional feeling conforming to patterns to the surface thereof. As the decorative sheet base material, tissue paper with a wt. basis of 30g/m<2> is used and printing is applied thereto using solid ink and grain pattern ink and the electron beam curable resin (polyester acrylate) is applied to the surface of the printed paper in an amt. of 7g/m<2> by a roll coater.</p> |
