PURPOSE:To provide a mechanism that prevents foamy dressing blowing out of the discharge port from whirling or disappearing foams. CONSTITUTION:This machine comprises the following: a dressing-foaming machine body 1; a tank 2 to store foamy dressing ingredients 3; a forming section 12 where the ingredients 3 supplied from the tank 2 are formed by the rotation of a built-in screw 16 with a spiral blade 15, and to the front of which a tubler discharge port 18 is attached; a flow regurating protrusion 19 attached on the inner wall of the port 18. This flow regurating protrusion 19 damps the whirling motion of foamy dressing ingredients which is caused by the rotation of the screw 16, and provides a good quality of foamy dressing without whirling. |
