PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic substrate having a low coefft. of variation of capacitance to temp. and undergoing easy regulation of the coefft. CONSTITUTION:When a ceramic substrate is produced, 30-40wt.% oxides of Ca, Ba and Ti, 40-60wt.% zinc borosilicate glass and 10-20wt.% Al2O3 are used as materials and the oxides of Ca, Ba and Ti are used so that the weight ratio of CaTiO3:BaTiO3 is regulated to (4:6) to (9:1). |
