Holter-type cardio-arterial polygraphic continuous monitoring for: 1) observation of the evolution of the E.C.G, pre-ejection and ejection periods, systolic outputs of the left ventricle, the arterial oscillogram in absolute values, variations of the volumes and pressures at each cycle and at each counter pressure, distensibilities and arterial compliances, peripheral venous pressures of the blood volume of the chest and of the four members; 2) exercise tests involving the heart without activation of the body muscles, the systolic output being measured at each cycle and correlated with the E.C.G; 3) therapeutic tests after administration of cardio or vasculoactive medication analyzed by computer using a sequence of selective measurements of arteriograms correlated with corresponding cardiac functional intervals. |
