It is constituted by a housing which surrounds a shaft with the possibility of rotation and linear displacement in both senses. The rotation of the same is produced by a toothed wheel 25 attached to the same by means of keys 10, which meshes with the pinion 24 of a pneumatic pistol 23. The linear displacement is caused by a pneumatic cylinder 19 mounted on the rear part, whose spindle is joined to the shaft by means of a cup 14 which indicates by means of a sight 16, the displacement of the same. The assembly is supported by a stage 5, the housing itself being introduced into one of the orifices of the part to be machined, the reverse machining device 6 then being mounted at the end of the shaft, once this latter has passed through the orifice. The shaft is then rotated, and is retracted, at the same time obtaining the machining thickness desired when the reverse machining device comes up against the housing itself. <IMAGE>
