<p>Improvements to installations for roasting coffee and similar seeds, the process consisting of a preliminary roasting and a roasting, in which two roasting drums have been introduced with a view to roasting in one of them and preliminary roasting in the other, both drums being connected on a conveyor. The preliminary roasting and roasting means is embodied by the forced impulsion of hot air from a burner, there being a heat recovery device which burns off process fumes (smoke), said fumes being retained in a purification location or wet purifying device, with a waste collector. <IMAGE></p> |
