The method comprises; the 1st step of finding the initial temperature of kimchi after closing the damper of the seasoning room and detecting the outside temperature when a seasoning mode is selected; the 2nd step of setting the 1st pemperature and time for seasoning by the found temperature; the 3rd step of setting the 2nd temperature by the degree of seasoning desired by the user; the 4th step of keeping the fixed temperature after dropping of the temperature; the 5th step of switching the seasoning to preservation.
