<p>PURPOSE:To prevent separation when connector members on the current feeding side and current receiving side are fitted together and the current is fed for charging in an electric automobile etc., facilitate constructing with multiple poles through simplication of the structure, and prevent a lever from turning undeliberately undeliberately. CONSTITUTION:A current feeding side connector member A is so structured that a connector body 2 is slidably fitted in the front halves of the cases 1, 1' in cylindrical form while a handle 4 is installed in their rear halves in such a way as advancing and retreating, wherein the handle 4 is to move the connector body 2 toward the mating connector member with turning a lever 3. This lever 3 is furnished with a primary locking means (disengage lever 5) to lock the connector body 2 in the position in fitting with the body of the mating connector member, a secondary locking means to lock the disengage lever 5 through energization of a solenoid 6, and a means to disengage the primary lock of the disengage lever 5 where the secondary lock is disengaged by deenergizing. The connector member A is equipped with a provisional engagement means (lock arms 36, 36') relative to the mating connector member, and this provisional engagement means is furnished with a stopper means which checks advancing of the connector body 2 before it is fitted in/on the mating connector member.</p> |
