METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CORRECTING PROCESS PLAN

PURPOSE:To provide a method and device for correcting process plan by which the progress of a job is easily grasped and a new process plan is easily generated in response to the job progress, CONSTITUTION:A rule storage section 31 stores data to plan a schedule for generating process planning and data representing easiness/-difficulty and precedence relation of each job installed in the past and an entry section 50 enters result job consumption data of each job process. A job process correction section 24 compares the received result job consumption data with data stored in the rule storage section 31 to correct the job process of the process plan in matching with the progress of the job result. Then a process chart generating section 26 combines the corrected job process and the process plan to generate a new process plan. Thus, data of the process plan executed in the past and a know- how for planing the schedule of an expert generating the process plan are used to grasp the job progress state thereby correcting the process plan.
