<p>Die block for the extrusion of a cable guidance device of thermoplastic material with the aid of an extruder - having a multi-part outer die and an inner die. The die block has at least one extrusion channel, determining the outer contour of a cable guidance tube, and in the said channel a mandrel determining the round inner contour of the cable guidance tube and held in the outer die by means of legs. For the purpose of producing sliding ribs in the inner contour of the cable guidance tube there is connected to the mandrel a sliding-rib die, which has on its circumference a profiling forming sliding ribs. The sliding-rib die is connected to a sliding-rib die shaft, which is mounted in the mandrel. During the extrusion of the cable guidance device, the sliding-rib die can be driven with alternating direction of rotation and/or with different rotational speeds with the aid of an assigned drive by means of the sliding-rib die shaft, which is led out from the die block.</p> |
