<p>PURPOSE:To enable the shared management of up-to-date data in real time to be conducted by using only an input/output device having micro chip or a small sized computer and connecting the device or the computer to the management device so that two-way communications can be carried out. CONSTITUTION:An input/output device is arranged corresponding to input/output of a reservation, accounting, a switching apparatus required for a front job or only a function on purpose in used in common in the same device. Furthermore, plural output devices such as a display device and a printer are provided as required and other management devices not in common are connected in a two-way communication enable way. When information of lodging reservation is sent from a customer to the front, a map pattern is displayed on the display device at the entry of an address. A name of urban and rural prefectures desired to be selected on a map on the display device is selected by a cursor through the operation of a key board or a mouse or selected by a touch pin or depression of a touch screen.</p> |
