<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate management even if specifications are altered and to quicken an operation response. CONSTITUTION:A program 2 for management manages all resources 1a to 1n in common and performs a start-up process for all request sources 3a to 3n. For example, when the request source 3a accesses a resource 1b, the program 2 for management is inquired of about whether or not access is possible. The program 2 for management performs centralized control over the state of all the resources, so it is immediately judged whether or not the access is possible and that is answered to the request source. The request source 3a accesses the resource according to the answer.</p> |
