<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing a low cost rotary transformer core wherein the roundness of the outer diameter and the inner diameter of a disk-shaped rotary transformer core is excellent, warp deformation is little, and dimensional precision is excellent, in the method of manufacturing a rotary transformer core which is used for a rotary transformer built in a rotary head part for recording and regenerating a VTR. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary transformer core is formed, a dummy trench 1c is formed at the time of compaction molding, so as to perpendicularly intersect a leading-out trench 1b, on the rear of a surface wherein a coil trench 1a in which a coil is contained and the leading-out trench 1b which leads out the leading-out end of the coil contained in the coil trench are arranged. After sintering, the dummy trench 1c is ground and eliminated. Thereby a rotary transformer core 1 is formed.</p> |
