MALFUNCTIONING PREVENTION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To enable restoration to the normal operating condition in case of an abnormal power down concerning a malfunctioning prevention circuit. CONSTITUTION:A power-down control circuit 1 suffers a power down when a signal indicating the power down is supplied. An abnormal power down detection circuit 2 fails to be supplied with a power down valid signal while generating and abnormal power down detection signal when a power down of the power-down control circuit 1 is detected. When the power-down valid signal is supplied, the power-down control circuit 3 supplies a signal indicating the power down to the circuit 1 desired to control the power down. When the abnormal power down detection signal is supplied, the circuit 3 supplies a signal indicating the release-of the power down to the circuit 1 desired to control the power down.
