发明名称 DISCHARGE ELECTRODE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a discharge electrode material by which the discharge current concentration of a discharge electrode can be improved. CONSTITUTION:As an example of discharge electrode material, a boro-silicate glass is coated as a dielectric on the surface of a metallic electrode made of ferritic stainless steel containing 0.3-0.9wt.% Ti. The boro-silicate glass,contains 49-55wt.% SiO2, 10-16wt.% Al2O3, 13-19wt.% B2O3 and 9-15wt.% Na2O. As shown by respective thermal expansion curves of each materials, between a glass transition point and room temperature, that is, a cooling process after baking, both thermal expansion curves becomes close to each other, and the residual strain generating in the glass becomes small and it hardly increases during cooling process. In addition, the formation of a reaction layer is suppressed. Therefore, the dielectric can be made to be a thick film and further the discharge current concentration of the discharge electrode can be improved.
