PURPOSE:To improve the temperature resolution by securing a charge integration time to be longer in a signal read circuit employed for a charge integration 2-dimension array photodetector. CONSTITUTION:Two signal read lines 5 or over cross in the inside of a unit cell 2 being a component of a focal plane array 1 in the signal read circuit and a column selection transistor(TR) 4 connects to any one of the lines. Each signal read line 5 has a charge integration capacitor 9 corresponding one to one to the connected line and analog switches 10, 15 selecting the connection between the signal read lines and the charge integration capacitor.
