PURPOSE:To provide the diagnostic report preparing device which can manage short sentence while classifying them into prescribed groups. CONSTITUTION:A lot of short sentences TB respectively concerning a photographed part, inspection method and item class are stored in an external storage device while adding short sentence codes TC, and the external storage device is provided with a storage place to add group codes GC for classifying the short sentences TB into the prescribed groups. By adding the group codes TC, the short sentences TB can be managed for each group like retrieving the short sentence TB classified into a prescribed group with the group code GC as a key or classifying the short sentence TB to be suitably registered into a prescribed group by adding the group code GC later, for example. |
