PURPOSE:To efficiently measure many types of sample liquid without any drop in measurement accuracy. CONSTITUTION:This device 11 is equipped with an illuminant 12, and an optical system 13, a half-mirror 14 and a holding means 15 for retaining a cartridge C1 are arranged in order along the optical path of the illuminant 12. Also, a light receiving system 17 is provided in the reflection direction of the half- mirror 14 via another optical system 16. Sample liquid is made to flow through a flow passage within the cartridge C1, thereby allowing continuous measurements. Furthermore, when a beam incident on the cartridge C1 is kept as a parallel beam, the measurements become free from the influence of a mechanical error resulting at the time of mounting the cartridge C1 on the means 15. |
