The invention relates to a jewellery fastener, comprising an eyelet part with a chain connection piece, in which a hook part can be hooked in with a further chain connection piece and a fastener tongue which closes under spring action, the closure tongue merging into an actuating tab at the end with a rocker-like arrangement on the hook mouth, and the closure rocker being mounted by means of a hinge pin on the hook base of the chain connection piece.
