PURPOSE:To realize a means effective to avoidance of trouble by recording fault information of securities to the securities when abnormity is discriminated from securities information recorded on the securities. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 20 controls driving of each circuit device along with a program stored in a ROM 21 and a RAM 22 records abnormity information representing a content of abnormity of an abnormal check 11 in addition to storage of required processing data. A magnetic head section 23 is made up of magnetic heads 16, 17 and inputs read magnetic data to the CPU 20. A carrying section 24 applies drive control to a carrier line 14. A printer 18 prints out abnormity information representing the content of abnormity to a predetermined area of the abnormal check 11. A journal processing section 25 prints out abnormity information representing the content of abnormity of the abnormal check 11 onto journal paper. A transmission control section 26 executes transmission reception of data to/from a host control section of an automatic deposit payment machine main body and receives a confirmation signal or the like depositted by the check 11, for example, from the host control section. |
