PURPOSE:To control torque accurately by inputting the output of a no-load tester and a single-phase tester for setting the leakage inductance, mutual inductance, primar winding resistance, and secondary winding resistance of an electric motor. CONSTITUTION:While an induction motor is rotated at a high speed, a no-load tester 8 measures primary self-inductance L1 according to the level and phase of an input current I and an input voltage V and then outputs it to a constant setting equipment 10. Then, while the induction motor is at halt, a single-phase AC voltage is applied to two terminals of a three-phase input terminal and a single-phase tester 9 measures the sum of primary and secondary leakage inductance according to the level and phase of the input current I and the input voltage V and the sum of primary and secondary winding resistance and then outputs them to the constant setting equipment 10. The constant setting equipment 10 obtains the output of the no-load tester 8 and the single-phase testing equipment 9, obtains a primary leakage inductance L01, a mutual inductance M, a primary winding resistance R1, and a secondary winding resistance R2, and then feeds them to a magnetic flux forque control equipment 7, thus controlling torque accurately. |
