<p>PURPOSE:To make a quick decision without losing data by providing a special purpose analyzer separately from an ordinary measuring circuit. CONSTITUTION:A fast Fourier transform analyzer has an analog/digital converter 1, a frequency shifter 2, a digital filter 3, a data thinning circuit 4, fast Fourier transform calculators 5, 50, a comparison deciding circuit 7 and a display circuit 6 to have a frequency analysis of a signal to be measured and a deciding function for comparing a frequency spectrum with a reference value to decide, and comprises a second fast Fourier transform calculator 50 receiving output data of the circuit 4 to conduct fast Fourier transform for obtaining only a single frequency component and to calculate to obtain a frequency spectrum of its frequency component, wherein the circuit 7 compares to decide a calculated result obtained by the second circuit 50.</p> |
