<p>PURPOSE:To speedily deal with a purchase error, a refund, re-issuing and a ticket surface defect and the like in a ticket issuing machine without going to the ticket issuing machine. CONSTITUTION:When a user depress a clerk calling key installed in the ticket issuing machine 1 for treating the purchase error, the refund and the re-issuing of the ticket issued from the ticket issuing machine 1 and the ticket surface defect, a clerk receives the content to be treated of the call of the user by interphone of a remote device 3 and interphone installed on the ticket issuing machine 1, confirms the ticket issuing machine 1, the user and the periphery with an ITV monitor 4 using an ITV camera 2, display-confirms issuing information stored in the ticket issuing machine 1 with a ticket issuing machine monitor 5 using an operation control part 6 and deals with the content to be treated of the user of the ticket issuing machine 1 from the remote device 3.</p> |
