PURPOSE:To reduce leak current by a method wherein polymer having a specific chemical structure is added and mixed in soluble polyaniline to obtain a specific compound polymer film, and it is turned into a conductive film by a doping treatment. CONSTITUTION:Polyaniline as first polymer is soluble in an organic solvent in the de-doping state, and has the following as the main repetition unit; quinone di-imine structure unit and phenylene di-amine structure unit expressed by formula I ((m) and (n) show the molar fraction of quinone di-imine structure unit and the molar fraction of phenylene di-amine structure unit in the repetition unit, respectively, and 0<m<1, 0<n<1, and m+n=1). Second polymer is selected out of polymer having a structure which contains ester group or amide group in the main chain or the side chain as the main repetition unit, and cellulose derivative. A conductive compound polymer film composed of polyaniline, the second polymer, and protonic acid whose pka value is 4.8 or smaller is formed as solid-state electrolyte in a solid-state electrolytic capacitor. |
