<p>A rotating toothed cylinder opening a sliver into a form suitable for feeding the spinning unit has internal spiral projections in the direction of fibre travel. These projections form a pulsating airstream channeling the fibres in bundle form suitable for entering the spinning chamber. The cylinder surface is cleared completely in one revolution.</p> |
