1. Manufacturing method for cellulose carbamate consisting in the reaction of cellulose, preferably after activation thereof, and preferably connected with a polymer degradation, whereas cellulose reacts with urea or with urea salts in the presence of inorganic and/or organic acid salts, and further consisting in heating the reaction mixture up to 130-170 degrees C, characterized in that cellulose of alkaline reaction is subject to inorganic gaseous anhydrides such as carbon dioxide or sulphur dioxide and/or to organic gaseous anhydrides such as carbon dioxide or acetic acid anhydride, in quantities as required for the complete neutralization of alkali included in cellulose, and for the neutralization of urea or urea salts added before or after the neutralization while keeping the cellulose/urea or cellulose/urea salts weight ratio within the range of 1:0.1-1:2 , and then the reaction bulk is heated at 130-170 degrees C for 10-600 minutes, and then the product so obtained is purified and dried by a known method.
