摘要

PURPOSE:To remarkably improve residual magnetic flux density (Br) of a coated magnetic layer containing magnetic metal particles consisting mainly of iron. CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic metal particles consisting mainly of Fe and containing Co are manufactured, iron oxide particles (iron oxyhydroxide, hematite, magnetite, bertholide or maghemite) containing Co is pressurized and heat-treated under conditions of 300-700 deg.C and 100-2000atm in an inert gas atmosphere.
