PURPOSE:To serve a high security without impairing circulation performance by storing the balance data generated by each transaction party after digital signature in each card. CONSTITUTION:A system supplier 10 allocates a specific signature number of times and a check function together with an ID to all cards 40 and all intermediation devices 30 when the supplier 10 issues them. Digital signature of the system supplier 10 warranting the validity of the assigned ID and the check function especially is added to them and the result is stored and the assigned signature function is stored with the check function to check the digital signature of the system supplier 10. Thus, illegal or erroneous transaction with a card or an intermediation device 30 having no check function of the system supplier 10 in common to the system is prevented. Furthermore, the ID and check function with the digital signature by the system supplier 10 are stored respectively in a management information storage section. |
