PURPOSE:To eliminate any takeup jigs and reduce man-hours for the assembly by forming joints in appropriate places on a spacer, making joint in such a way as opening in the diameter enlarging direction, and providing projections for locating. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 8 consists of a plurality of spacer segments in the form of a circular arc plate, wherein the segments 8-1, 8-2 are jointed together by a joint 8-4 while the segments 8-2, 8-3 are jointed together by a joint 8-5. Projections for locating 16-1, 16-2, 16-3 are provided at one-side ends of the spacer segments 8-1, 8-2, 8-3, and insertion guide grooves 13-1, 13-2, 13-3 are furnished in positions mating with these projections. The this spacer 8 is to be installed in the middle coarse coil part of a heater coil concerned, the projections are inserted in the respective grooves, where the location takes place in such a way that the projections hitch at the termination of each groove or window of a reel 6, and thereupon an electric wire is taken up. |
