<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor device in which an EEPROM and an OTPROM are mounted on the same chip and which can efficiently select and use the both using a single power supply system and can be manufactured with low cost. CONSTITUTION:An EEPROM region 2 and an OTPROM region 3 of a semiconductor device 1 are arranged in the same chip. And only the prescribed cells 20, 30 in either region of both regions 2, 3 are driven by a control means 4.</p> |
