BIOLOGICAL METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF 7-AMINODESACETOXYPHALOSPORINIC ACID

The synthesis is carried out by using the appropriate biological methods. It is effective and economical. By the method, a transformed strain of Penicillium chrysogenum is cultivated in the presence of adipatic nutrient until adipoyl-6-aminopenicillin acid is produced. The in situ expression of the expandase gene, produced e.g. produced e.g. from Streptomyces clavuligerus, by which the strain of Penicillium chrysogenum is transformed turns the adipoyl-6-aminopenicillin acid, by extending the ring also into adipoyl-7-animodesacephalosporinic acid. 7-animodesacetoxycephalosporinic acid is produced by splitting of the adipoyl side chain by using adipoylacylase.
